Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and acknowledged by Blue Bird Camping.

2. Payment:

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept UPI payments. Other payment methods may be introduced in the future.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 90% refund.
Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in date are non-refundable.
No-shows will not be refunded.

4. Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities:

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Blue Bird Camping is not liable for any loss or damage.
Guests must adhere to all campsite rules and regulations, including noise restrictions and environmental guidelines.
Any damage to campsite property caused by guests will be charged to the guest.
Guests are not allowed in the lake. Anyone entering the lake or attempting to swim does so at their own risk. The campsite is not responsible for any issues or accidents. No permission is granted for entering or swimming in the lake.

6. Safety:

Guests participate in activities at their own risk. Blue Bird Camping will take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, but is not responsible for accidents or injuries.

7. Force Majeure:

Blue Bird Camping is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy. All personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of your reservation and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Amendments:

Blue Bird Camping reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
