  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the check-in date: Full refund minus processing fee (₹200)
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
  • In case of adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, we may reschedule your booking without any additional charges

We offer three types of accommodation based on our packages:
  • Budget Package: Standard waterproof tents with basic sleeping mats
  • Standard Package: Comfortable tents with better quality sleeping mats and pillows
  • Premium Package: Luxury tents with proper beds, premium bedding, and additional amenities
All accommodations include access to common washrooms and shower facilities.

Yes, we provide clean and well-maintained common washroom facilities with toilets and showers. Hot water is available during specific hours. Premium package guests have access to better-equipped washroom facilities with more amenities.

All packages include access to the evening bonfire and basic outdoor games. Standard and Premium packages include additional activities such as kayaking and guided nature walks. Some activities like jet skiing and paragliding are available at an additional cost. Visit our Activities page for more details.

Swimming in Pawna Lake is allowed only in designated areas and under supervision. Life jackets are mandatory and provided by us. Swimming is not recommended during monsoon season due to strong currents. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

We accept various payment methods including:

  • Cash (only for on-spot additional services, not for bookings)
For bookings, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.

No, we don't require a security deposit. However, guests will be responsible for any damage to property or equipment caused during their stay. We encourage responsible use of our facilities and equipment.

We provide all camping equipment, bedding, and meals as per your package.

Mobile network coverage at the campsite is limited and varies by service provider. Jio and Airtel generally have better coverage than other networks. We encourage guests to disconnect from technology and enjoy nature, but we do have Wi-Fi available in common areas for emergency use.

The best time to visit Blue Bird Camping is during the post-monsoon and winter seasons (October to February) when the weather is pleasant with clear skies and moderate temperatures. Summer months (March to May) can be quite hot but offer good stargazing opportunities. We generally don't recommend camping during the peak monsoon season (June to September) due to heavy rainfall, though we do offer limited accommodations during this period with additional safety measures.

We provide all necessary camping equipment including tents, sleeping gear, and cooking facilities based on your package.

Yes, we welcome group bookings and can host special events such as:

  • Corporate team building retreats
  • School and college trips
  • Birthday celebrations
  • Family reunions
  • Small wedding ceremonies

For groups of 10 or more, we offer special package rates and customized activities. Please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance for group bookings to ensure availability. For special events, we recommend booking at least 1 month in advance.

We strive to make our camping experience accessible to all guests, though we do have some limitations due to the natural terrain:

  • Our main reception area, dining area, and some premium tents are wheelchair accessible
  • We have designated accessible washroom facilities
  • Some activities may not be suitable for all abilities, but our staff will work with you to provide alternative experiences
  • Service animals are welcome
  • Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs so we can make appropriate arrangements
